BlueBerry Return Policy

At BlueBerry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:
Initiate the Return: Contact us via [email/customer service] with your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare the Package: Pack the items in their original packaging. Be sure to include all accessories and tags.
Ship the Return: Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request, and we will be happy to assist you in finding the right product.
